You wake up in a deserted hospital after a long period of coma. Disoriented, you quickly inspect the surroundings and realize that something terrible has happened. Blood and human body parts litter the entire room. Shreds of memories come back to you, and you start to remember that a virus hit humanity and turned most humans into zombies. The appetite of the dead hordes for human flesh is unlimited. The only way to stop this pandemic is to find and spread the antidote, which can be found somewhere in the hospital. You only have 60 minutes before you become infected and this scourge puts an end to all forms of life!
